Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
Measure and characterize electromagnetic signatures of foreign radar, communications, and EW devices; assesses transmitted/received RF signals, system performance, vulnerabilities, and friendly detect/identify/track implications.What You BringActive minimum TS clearance
Experience supporting government or DoD programs
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 12 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor's plus 5 additional years of related senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master's.Experience in RF phenomenology; radar; waveform analysis; signal processing; antennas; emitter characterization; EWPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
Background in process improvement or analytical services
Countermeasures; RCS; RF test equipment; reverse engineering; foreign materiel exploitation
