Job ID : 92913-1 Job Title : Senior Risk Management Specialist Location :New York, NY Duration : 6 months + possible extension Rate Range: $50- $56/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional with strong expertise in risk identification, control frameworks, and issue lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing control environments, identifying gaps, and driving effective resolution of risk issues across functions. This is a senior role requiring strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in risk identification and control frameworks
Experience in issue lifecycle management
Ability to perform control design and effectiveness assessments
Experience in conducting root cause analysis for identified issues
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with BFS: Risk Management Analytics
Experience in preparing and presenting risk reports and dashboards
Experience in supporting governance forums, risk committees, and audits

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Evaluate and strengthen the risk and control framework across business processes
Lead risk assessments, control reviews, and deep-dive evaluations
Drive end-to-end issue lifecycle management (identification → tracking → closure)
