• 7+ years of experience in construction estimating, particularly in exterior remodeling or roofing
• Proficiency with estimating tools such as PlanSwift and Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and market pricing
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in cost analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience estimating for multifamily, HOA, or commercial projects
• Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPE (Certified Professional Estimator)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project documents to prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs and evaluate subcontractor/vendor proposals
• Develop and submit proposals for RFPs, negotiated contracts, and hard bids
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients throughout the bid process
• Improve estimating tools and mentor junior team members
