About the Opportunity:
We are a leading aviation organization committed to keeping pilots and passengers safe through Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT). As a Senior Sales Advisor, you’ll help us expand access to this critical training across business aviation, government, and professional flight operations. Our team values safety, accountability, egoless teamwork, and optimism, and we take pride in helping pilots bring everyone home safely.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chief Pilots, Directors of Safety, and senior aviation leaders.
- Drive revenue by closing complex sales deals and originating new business.
- Deliver measurable results within the first 30 days.
- Support our mission to expand UPRT access.
- Use HubSpot Enterprise to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Align UPRT solutions with operator safety objectives.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ICAO Doc 9859 and FAA Part 5 SMS.
- On-site onboarding, transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
Requirements:
- Residence within 30 NM of Mesa, Arizona (no relocation).
- Professional pilot background in crewed turboprop and/or jet operations.
- Proven experience originating net-new aviation sales.

- Willingness to work in the office during initial onboarding.
- Comfortable with APS compensation structure.
