As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll present Frontier’s latest products and services directly to customers while setting a positive example for your teammates. Your Duties as a Senior Sales Associate:

Drive new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts with consultative sales strategies
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Mentor and guide junior sales team members to develop skills and achieve targets
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure individual and team goal achievement
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to maintain long-term client satisfaction
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives
Assist with client retention programs and relationship management
