We're seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Analyst to play a key role in driving Tyler's growth by enhancing how our sales teams engage, perform, and win. This position is ideal for an enablement professional who thrives on collaboration, communication, and helping sales teams achieve their goals. Your work will directly support Tyler's revenue growth. The Sales Enablement Analyst plays a key role in empowering the sales organization with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive performance and productivity. Serves as the central liaison between the sales organization and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, self-starting, and eager to learn.

As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you'll help build and execute programs that strengthen sales capabilities, improve consistency across teams, and accelerate business results. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to ensure that sellers are equipped with the knowledge, messaging, and resources needed to succeed in every client interaction.

Troy, MI, Plano, TX, or Yarmouth, ME locations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging sales training and onboarding programs to quickly ramp new sales hires and enhance existing sellers' performance.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive sales playbooks, messaging and value propositions in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Coordinate sales readiness efforts for product launches, ensuring sales and sales operations teams are equipped with the right tools and knowledge.
  • Create, organize and manage impactful sales assets and documentation to support consistent messaging and education.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales organization and cross-functional teams.
  • Support planning and execution of sales meetings with sales leadership, including agenda development and logistical coordination.
  • Collaborate with Tyler-wide Sales Enablement functions to support and represent unique divisional sales needs.
  • Create a feedback loop from the field to refine enablement materials, identify skill gaps and enhance the overall seller experience.
  • Assist with reporting and feedback collection to measure enablement program effectiveness.
  • Contributes to sales performance by delivering consistent, high-quality enablement support.
  • Helps ensure alignment and communication between sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintains sales tools and documentation that promote consistent messaging and efficient selling.
  • Supports sales team readiness for new products, messaging updates, and campaigns.
  • Drives alignment on strategic initiatives and advocates for sales priorities in broader business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Product Marketing or related function.
  • Experience developing sales materials, coordinating training or supporting go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven sales environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior enablement and training background preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling sales materials.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • If located within 50 miles of a Tyler office- Hybrid role. This requires a minimum of three business days in the office per week. (preferred)
  • If located more than 50 miles of a Tyler office- Fully remote role.
  • 10% travel required for internal meetings.
  • Troy, MI, Plano, TX, or Yarmouth, ME locations preferred
