The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This advanced role is designed for a high-performing sales professional ready to take the next step in leadership. You will play a key role in driving revenue, supporting the Director of Sales, and contributing to the overall success of the sales and catering team.

This position goes beyond traditional sales-you will help shape strategy, mentor team members, and serve as a vital liaison between clients and hotel operations.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively generate new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts and market segments
  • Support the Director of Sales in overseeing sales and catering efforts, including coaching and team development
  • Lead client relationships from prospecting through post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute group events, meetings, and functions
  • Accurately forecast group rooms and F&B revenue and contribute to strategic revenue planning
  • Conduct site tours, client meetings, and sales calls to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Utilize systems such as Delphi and other sales platforms to manage accounts and track performance
  • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and reporting to align with property and company goals
  • Serve as a leader within the team by fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and service-driven culture

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably with group and/or corporate segments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Experience with hotel sales systems (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, etc.) preferred
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
