- Competitive base + commission package, plus company-paid stipends and supplemental insurance plans
- · Compensation Range: $60,000 - $120,000 annually· Breakdown:o Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experienceCommission:o On-target performance typically earns $20,000 - $50,000 annually; high performers often exceed this range. Commission structure is uncapped.
