  • Build monitoring, logging, audit trails, and evaluation metrics for AI systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable automation solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce software engineering, automation, and applied AI.
  • Proven experience deploying AI-driven or complex automation systems into production environments.
  • Strong Python skills and experience building production-grade systems.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise platforms, data systems, and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Salesforce certifications including Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Developer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • Experience operating within security, compliance, and change-management constraints.
  • Experience implementing monitoring, reliability, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance innovation with reliability, security, and maintainability.
