POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer and Architect to join our dynamic transformation team. This role is focused on driving enterprise-grade solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom applications for a key strategic initiative. The successful candidate will guide engineering practices, establish architecture guardrails, and ensure robust integrations across external applications.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom applications.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Oversee integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.

They must possess excellent communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to stakeholders and lead technical teams effectively. This individual thrives in fully remote, highly collaborative corporate environments and values strict compliance, performance optimization, and clean code standards.Job Responsibilities- Lead the design, security data modeling, and end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom platforms.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight to development teams to ensure software engineering best practices.
- Oversee and architect complex integrations connecting external applications using Mulesoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, clean, and highly maintainable technical frameworks while optimizing platform performance.
