Job Description
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) for architecting complex monetization and quoting solutions.
- Experience with technical solution architecture and system design for large-scale CRM re-implementation initiatives.
- Experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs to build sophisticated custom features.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Experience in complex system integrations and data migrations involving legacy platforms, Oracle, or Workday.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills for managing external stakeholders and technical discovery sessions.
- Lead the architectural design and full-lifecycle development of an enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystem.
- Develop custom technical solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components to replace legacy software.
- Architect robust integration layers between Salesforce and enterprise-enablement systems like Oracle and Workday.
- Execute high-quality software delivery through continuous Pair Programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Direct technical discovery workstreams to translate complex business processes into scalable CRM configurations.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and platform stability.
- Drive the retirement of custom legacy applications by migrating core functionality into a modern Salesforce tenant.
