Skill : Senior Salesforce Functional Business AnalystLocation : Invite, CA Onsite 3 days in officeDomain:Salesforce Business TransformationMerger IntegrationPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedSenior Salesforce Functional Business Analystto support a strategic Salesforce consolidation and business transformation initiativeThis role will serve as the primary liaison between Business, IT, and Salesforce delivery teams, driving alignment of business processes, documenting requirements, facilitating decision-making, and translating business needs into implementable user stories, sprint plans, and functional specifications.The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills, executive communication capabilities, and deep Salesforce functional knowledge, with experience leading enterprise-wide requirement workshops and merger/integration programs.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness RequirementsProcess AlignmentConduct workshops with business and IT stakeholdersElicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.Identify process differences, gaps, overlaps, and opportunities across both organizations.Facilitate discussions to achieve consensus on future-state Salesforce processes.Drive alignment on Day-1 and post-merger Salesforce operating models.Requirements DocumentationDevelop Business Requirement Documents (BRD).Create Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).Document process flows, use cases, and business scenarios.Produce gap-analysis and fit-gap assessments.Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Agile Delivery SupportConvert business requirements into:User StoriesEpicsFeaturesAcceptance CriteriaSprint BacklogsWork closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Development Teams.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization sessions.Ensure business requirements are sufficiently detailed for development execution.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.Coordinate reviews and walkthroughs of requirements and solution designs.Drive requirement approvals and formal business sign-offs.Escalate unresolved business decisions and dependencies to leadership.Salesforce Functional OwnershipAnalyze existing Salesforce business processes and configurations.Recommend best-practice process harmonization approaches.Support future-state process design across:Lead ManagementAccount ManagementOpportunity ManagementForecastingCustomer Service ProcessesCase ManagementReportingDashboardsEnsure solution alignment with business objectives and merger integration goals.Required QualificationsSalesforce Experience10+ years as Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.Experience with one or more:Sales CloudService CloudExperience CloudCPQ (Preferred)Business Analysis ExpertiseStrong experience conducting:Requirements workshopsStakeholder interviewsProcess mappingBusiness process re-engineeringUse case modelingUser story creationAgile Delivery ExperienceExperience working within Agile/Scrum environments.Hands-on experience using:JiraAzure DevOpsRally or equivalent toolsCommunicationFacilitationExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong meeting facilitation capabilities.Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.Experience working with executive-level leadership.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting M A (MergerAcquisition) integration programs.Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, or Electronics industry experience.Salesforce Business Analyst certification.Salesforce Administrator certification.Agile/Scrum certification.Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives.Success Criteria for the RoleThe successful candidate will:
