Job Description

VentureTech Group (VTG) is looking for an experienced Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer to join our delivery team. You'll work directly with clients and teammates to design, build, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform best practices.• Own end-to-end integrations using MuleSoft and REST APIs.• Partner directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.• Build and support enterprise integrations processing large volumes of data.• Collaborate with senior developers and architects on complex implementations.• Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

What we're looking for

• Deep Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations).• Strong hands-on MuleSoft development experience.• Experience owning integrations from design through delivery.• Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating technical concepts.• Someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and figuring things out.• Curious, collaborative, accountable, and growth minded individuals

• Someone who watched a MuleSoft course last month.• Someone who calls Flow development "deep Salesforce engineering."

$110,000 - $155,000 a year

Salary: $110k–$155k USD (flexible based on experience)
