Job Description

Overview JST is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Tester to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid position at Buckley AFB, CO (3 days per week on-site). Senior Salesforce QA Tester ResponsibilitiesDevelop Test plans and execute Tests in a Salesforce environment

Provide mentorship for a team of quality assurance testers

Perform different types of testing, including functional, end-to-end, and regression testing

Perform Quality Assurance and control

Report testing status updates, defects/issues, and results

Develop test cases/scripts and prioritize testing activities

Collaborate with developers, product owners/SMEs, and other stakeholders

Identify roles/skills required for tests.Identify test coverage to ensure all changes in process are tested.Advise executive stakeholders on key issues and interfaces with other top subject matter experts.Provide expert guidance and insight into specific business domains and technologies. Senior Salesforce QA Tester Qualifications10+ years of relevant experience

Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or BusinessExpert knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including AgileExperience with Salesforce testing and other third party test applications.Experience in development, requirements, configuration management.Understanding of AF HR Personnel processes.Recognized within industry as an innovator driving new best practices and standards within specific scope.
