Candidates will have a depth of expertise, boasting an MS or PhD alongside over five years of experience orchestrating and delivering technological innovations. A robust knowledge in areas such as underwater acoustics, electronics design, sonar processing, autonomous technologies, and familiarity with naval systems is highly advantageous. This role involves contributing to high-impact, complex R&D initiatives where interdisciplinary teams converge to meet critical national defense needs. Successful candidates will collaborate with distinguished experts within our organization, both leading and supporting teams to achieve their goals. The role encompasses all facets of research and development, from theoretical analysis through system prototyping and testing.
