Senior Scrum Master (Patient Programs / Healthcare Domain)Location: San Francisco, Ca – 100 % Onsite – NO REMOTELook for Only USC / GC / GC - EADRole SummaryWe are seeking a Scrum Master with experience in healthcare and patient-related projects to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure smooth execution of patient-focused initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvementRemove impediments and manage dependencies across teamsWork closely with Product Owners, Client, and Tech Leads on patient program deliveryTrack sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metricsEnsure alignment with compliance and governance standards in healthcare projectsRequired SkillsExperience6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Healthcare / Life SciencesHands-on experience with patient-related projects (patient engagement, adherence, onboarding, etc.)Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworksExperience working with distributed and cross-functional teamsScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferredExcellent facilitation and communication skills
