Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, India with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why this Role Matters

As an Senior Operations Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting Litera's systems, data, and customers from evolving cyber threats. By leading security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous security improvements, you will help ensure a resilient and compliant security posture. Your work will directly support business continuity, safeguard enterprise assets, and strengthen trust across the organization and with our customers.

What You'll Deliver

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security threats and incidents across cloud and on-prem environments.

• Lead vulnerability management efforts, including risk assessment, remediation, and escalation.

• Implement and maintain security controls aligned with Zero Trust and security best practices.

• Partner with IT, DevOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to strengthen security posture.

• Support compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, audit readiness, and policy management.

• Drive continuous improvement through security automation, cloud security enhancements, and emerging technology adoption.

• Stay current on evolving cyber threats and recommend security improvements across the organization.

What You'll Bring

Must Haves:

• 5+ yrs years cybersecurity experience, SOC exposure preferred

• Experience operating in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc)

• Familiarity with a SIEM & SOAR platform; Familiarity with Sentinel/Defender a plus

• Basic scripting experience; Python/PowerShell a plus

• Awareness of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF).

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, Any cloud security
