Senior Service Support Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 5+ months (Onsite)
Seeking for an Senior Service Support Analyst with basic technical knowledge of IT systems to support the Facilities Access Control System (FACS) project within Physical Security. The role involves documenting and coordinating physical security operations and working with Genetec software.
- Develop and maintain Physical Security Site Survey Diagrams.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate Site Survey diagrams.
- Manage progression of scheduled sites and provide weekly updates on security assessments.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, policies, and documentation.
- Submit and monitor incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
- Support inventory activities as needed.
- Test and confirm operations of FACS devices and equipment.
- Provide guidance and training to Physical Security colleagues.
- Collaborate on maintaining the Physical Security internal SharePoint site.
- Generate and review audit reports to identify risks and areas for development.
- Collaborate on system upgrades and improvements with relevant teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in complex communication and business information systems.
- 5+ years of experience in creative and critical thinking for solution development.
- Ability to forecast agency requirements and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with ServiceNow applications.
- Excellent writing skills for policy and procedure documentation.
- Ability to create process flow charts.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business or information technology with 6 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field (Nice to have).
