Job Title: Senior ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ monthsImportant Notes:

- This position is in Atlanta, GA. Your consultant is required to travel to Atlanta for their first day for onboarding
- Experienced in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support IT service management and operational workflows.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and user guides.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in technical design discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and support team technical growth.
- Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflows, and automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM module.
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management/PSDS) module.
- Experience with ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management) module.
- Experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
- Other relevant ServiceNow certifications..
- ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration).
- JavaScript and scripting knowledge.
- API integration (REST/SOAP web services).
- ITSM and ITOM process optimization.
- ITSM, CSM, HAM, and FSM experience.
- Agile/Scrum project delivery.
- Technical documentation and system design.
- Troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
