We're Looking for Senior Software Engineers

We are recruiting Senior Software Engineering roles across Rokt's core platform teams. These roles design, build, and maintain the scalable services behind Rokt's ecommerce platform, which powers over 10 billion transactions a year.

Compensation

Target total compensation ranges from $335k - $400k, comprised of a fixed annual salary of $210k - $260k, plus employee equity plan grant. In addition, you will receive world-class employee benefits.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve scalable services dealing with ultra high-throughput.
Write high quality, maintainable code in languages like Go, Scala, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
Troubleshoot production issues, conduct incident root cause analysis, optimise performance, and maintain scalable solutions under real traffic.
Drive performance optimisations and refactors that improve system reliability, latency, and cost.
Own architectural decisions and contribute to system design reviews.
Research and leverage AI tooling, LLMs, and agents to automate manual processes, accelerate learning, and lift developer productivity.
Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction on scalability and observability.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering delivery with business objectives.
Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, owning and operating with autonomy.
Participate in on-call rotation: Rokt engineering teams own their systems end to end, including building, running, monitoring, and break-fix.
