What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive critical projects, own core components, and enhance system performance. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions with minimal guidance while mentoring others and improving development processes.
Responsibilities
Own & Develop Features: Lead development of core features and systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.
Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Ship high-quality projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.
Solve Complex Problems: Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.
Enhance Processes: Improve development workflows and champion best practices.
Collaborate & Mentor: Lead small teams, foster cross-functional relationships, and mentor junior engineers.
Contribute to Engineering Culture: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and diversity initiatives to strengthen the team.

Qualifications
4+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
You are comfortable picking up new coding languages or have prior experience developing in Node.js, Rust, React, or Python.
You value code simplicity, efficiency, and performance.
You have experience mentoring junior engineers and driving team improvements.
You have a deep understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and technologies.
You have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work full-time from our Bellevue, WA office.
