Senior Specialist, Client Processing
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Loans Enablement to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Perform routine and non-routine On Balance Sheet Loan Operations functions
- Interact with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues
- Process account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction
- Manage situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response, escalating more complex situations to senior colleagues
- Ensure team is trained on daily tasks, coverage is adequate for volume/staff fluctuations, and team's work is completed timely and within quality standards
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Typically 5-7 years of experience.
- 3+ years of loan operations experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Organizational skills to ensure team is adequately trained for coverage on all tasks
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex operational scenarios and team escalations
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams to problem-solve operational issues and initiate process improvements
- Ability to leverage technology for process improvements
- Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications, Loan IQ, AFS, AIM
