Senior Staff Accountant

Oklahoma City, OK (On-Site)

To handle the business side so that our clinical teams can focus on patient care. As we grow, so does the need for strong financial leadership — and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Senior Staff Accountant to join our team in Oklahoma City. You'll work closely with our finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth monthly closes, and smart decision-making backed by solid numbers.

What You'll Do:

Own portions of the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Analyze account activity and support financial reporting across multiple business entities
Partner with our operations and HR teams to track payroll, benefits, and expenses accurately
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare reports for leadership and external partners
Support audits, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of relevant accounting experience (multi-entity or healthcare/dental experience a plus)
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Sage experience preferred)
Detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and naturally curious
Strong communicator who can translate financials into insights
Local to the Oklahoma City area — this role is fully on-site at our support office
