Job Description

Lead structural design from concept through construction—owning technical quality, scope, schedule, and team delivery on small to large industrial projects.

What you’ll do

  • Direct and mentor structural engineers/designers; coordinate with other disciplines and clients.

  • Produce/review calcs, sketches, drawings, specs, and material take-offs; check peers’ work for code compliance.

  • Plan staffing, schedules, and forecasts; support estimates and proposals; review vendor/fab submittals.

  • Perform field walks and provide construction support; adapt designs to budget/schedule constraints.

What you bring

  • BS/MS in Structural (ABET). PE/SE required. 10+ years in structural engineering.

  • Strong grasp of IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI; proficient with RISA/STAAD/TEDDS; working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit.

  • Clear communicator, analytical, and a hands-on team leader.

  • Comfortable with site travel as needed.
