Job Description

Construction Site Manager

Our client is a well-established, employee-owned construction firm with over 100 years of success in the market. With expertise spanning healthcare, education, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial construction, the company continues to invest heavily in growth and expansion throughout Central Ohio.

Job Description

Oversee daily site operations from project start through completion
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and field teams
Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
Resolve field issues and support successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

Experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects
Background in healthcare, higher education, K-12, or similar markets preferred
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Ability to manage schedules, site logistics, and project documentation
Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work
