Job OpportunityFast-growing general contractor in Southern California offers opportunity to work on major projects for well known clients.About Our ClientOur client is based in Southern California with offices in LA, Orange County, and San Diego. They specifically focus on Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Higher Education projects. They work on projects for well known clients in the region and they are growing quickly which means there is a ton of room to advance your career. They offer competitive compensation and industry leading benefits.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:100% on site supervision - will be working out of the trailer at the project

Lead the field and establish the standard of performance, and accountability

Create and manage schedule, safety, quality and production

Lead coordination meetings and resolve conflicts

Anticipate project risks and find solutions

Maintain safe work environment

Strong OSHPD/HCAI experience is required

Hospital/healthcare construction project background

Software experience: Procor, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, Microsoft OfficeBachelor of Construction Management preferred, not required
