Drive the schedule using detailed look-ahead planning, trade coordination, and proactive issue resolution.Champion safety with daily audits, toolbox talks, and consistent enforcement of company and OSHA standards.Oversee site logistics including sitework, utilities, crane picks, deliveries, laydown, and jobsite flow.Run daily and weekly meetings with subcontractors, ensuring alignment on sequencing, quality, and milestones.Lead quality control through pre-installation meetings, inspections, punch management, and attention to detail.Coordinate MEP/FP systems with trade partners and support commissioning, start-ups, and life-safety testing.Maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, inspectors, and field teams.Document progress with daily reports, photos, and clear communication with the project team.Drive project closeout including punchlist burn-down, turnover planning, and warranty support.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
