Senior Supply Chain Analyst

The Senior Supply Chain Planner is focused on supply chain planning activities for the retail business. This role ensures product availability, drives replenishment strategies, and manages consigned inventory to meet customer expectations and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the replenishment process for assigned Big Box Retail accounts, ensuring timely product availability.
2. Manage inventory levels at CertainTeed sites and consigned at customer locations to meet service targets while minimizing excess.
3. Collaborate closely with retail partners and internal sales teams to align seasonal builds, resets, new product launches, and inventory strategies.
4. Monitor and optimize replenishment cycles using retailer portals and internal tools to ensure high in-stock rates.
5. Track and report on customer-specific KPIs related to order fill rate, on-time delivery, and inventory turns.
6. Serve as the key point of contact for supply chain-related communications with retail customers, addressing issues proactively.
7. Partner with production planning and procurement to align supply plans with customer demand signals and inventory targets.
8. Collaborate with logistics to ensure smooth transportation and delivery execution, resolving shipment delays quickly.
9. Contribute to S&OP process by providing insights into customer demand, inventory health, and replenishment performance.
10. Represent the Planning function for assigned products on cross-functional calls, providing updates on product availability.
11. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying supply chain inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Retail Supply Chain Support required.
• APICS CPIM and/or CPSM Certifications preferred.
• Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word, and PPT required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Power BI, Power Query, QlikView or other BI reporting tool preferred.
• Experience with Logility, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or other Digital Supply Chain solutions preferred.
