Our innovative team designs the lowest power, highest density solutions to reduce cost of testing while pushing performance forward.

The Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager is a highly experienced leader responsible for global planning and demand strategy, and continuous improvement across a global, fabless manufacturing semiconductor supply chain. This role partners closely with executive leadership, finance, engineering, and external suppliers to ensure scalable, predictable, and cost-effective supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

Supplier Partnership Management

  • Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure execution against lead time, throughput, quality, and on-time delivery commitments
  • Drive accountability with external partners while fostering long-term trust, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Influence supplier roadmaps and operational behaviors to support business growth and technology transitions

Execution Governance and Financial Alignment

  • Own the integrity and accuracy of inventory transactions and related cost variances

  • Lead advanced supply analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously evolve planning processes, standards, and controls to scale the organization
  • Drive data quality, system discipline, and operational rigor across ERP and planning tools

Purchasing Support

  • Oversee low volume, high-complexity purchasing activities in support of production and engineering needs
  • Develop and execute targeted purchasing strategies, including limited supplier negotiations and cost optimization efforts
  • Ensure compliance with procurement controls, including three-way match and audit readiness
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Accounting required. Advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or manufacturing operations, preferably within a fabless semiconductor or advanced electronics environment
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross functional supply chain initiatives without direct authority
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners through data, judgment, and credibility
  • Deep experience working with ERP systems and inventory management processes
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience building executive level insights using visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect supply chain decisions to cost, margin, and business outcomes
  • Must be open to travel as needed
Benefits
  • 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
