Job Title: Senior Support, PayrollJob ID: 26-04888Location: HOUSTON, TXDuration: 03 months on W2 contractJob Description Seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to independently support accurate and timely weekly and biweekly payroll processing for U.S. multi-state employees. The role involves payroll validation, reconciliation, off-cycle payrolls, banking transactions, reporting, issue resolution, and audit support.Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly/biweekly on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls.
• Validate payroll data, reconciliations, payments, and third-party files.
• Handle direct deposit rejects, stop payments, reversals, and payroll banking issues.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and provide excellent employee support.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve payroll issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and accuracy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience preferred; 2+ years may be considered.
• Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow, and UKG Timekeeper preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and confidential information.
