Job Description
Summary:
- Location: Fort Mill, SC
- Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite
- Shift: 11am – 7pm, flexibility required
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day activities surrounding production support of critical systems.
- Diagnose, solve, and resolve complex technical issues that advance beyond first and second-line support.
- Collaborate with other technology teams and business users to understand complex user journeys, workflows, and data interactions.
- Work with the company’s Engineering – 3rd Line Support Manager and collaborate with internal and external business collaborators.
- Manage, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within key Index Platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience with C# and .NET, and backend SQL.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in database application support across SQL Server, Sybase, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience providing 3rd line support for database systems and integrations.
- Experience in data-intensive applications, handling and optimizing large datasets.
- Proficiency in debugging SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, scripts, cursors, and views.
- Proficiency in C#.NET for programming and application development within .NET frameworks.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL Aurora, queues, and elastic search.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Delivery Management, and/or Emerging Technology and Governance.
