Senior Systems Engineer (Infrastructure Data)- Fully Cleared

Make an Impact Where It Matters Most

You will join a brand new, high priority effort shaping how infrastructure data drives mission outcomes. This role sits at the center of Intelliforce core competencies across systems engineering, data engineering, and mission analytics. Your work helps teams see gaps between requested and deployed infrastructure, enforce best practices, and alert on risk before it impacts operations. Intelliforce supports fast iteration, close mission partnership, and engineering ownership in support of national security.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include

• Design and implement database schemas supporting infrastructure analytics
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to track requested versus deployed infrastructure
• Build models in OLAP, graph, and document databases
• Optimize queries and data structures for scale and performance
• Partner with analytics engineers to align data design with mission questions
• Implement governance rules to ensure data quality and compliance
• Support frequent iteration based on stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization
• Help identify and alert on infrastructure deviations from best practices

Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.

• 12+ years of Systems or Data Engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience designing schemas and models for analytics driven systems

Required Skills

• OLAP database experience such as ClickHouse
• Graph database experience such as Neo4j
• Document databases such as Elasticsearch
• Schema design and data modeling
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Analytics driven data support
• Ability to translate analytical questions into database design solutions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Desired Skills

• Analysis of cybersecurity related data such as network traffic or OS events
• Knowledge of end to end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
• Experience supporting production CNO capabilities
• General software engineering skills including DevOps, ETL, or web applications
• Git and GitLab experience
• Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence

Compensation Range: $138,000.00 - $175,000.00 *The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
