Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Dallas, TX

Are you a strategic talent leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and shaping the future of an organization? Do you see talent acquisition as more than filling roles-but as a powerful driver of growth, culture, and competitive advantage?

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will redefine how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent-especially at the senior and executive levels. This is your opportunity to influence business strategy, partner directly with executive leadership, and build a world-class recruiting function that fuels company growth.

What You'll Do

Strategic Talent Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders and the Executive Leadership Team to understand hiring priorities and workforce strategy.

  • Design and execute innovative sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies for high-impact roles.

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategy, attrition insights, and bench strength development.

Full-Cycle Recruiting Excellence

  • Own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end-from intake and strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding transition.

  • Recruit primarily across Marketing & G&A functions, with the flexibility to support other business areas as needed.

  • Lead executive-level searches and deliver a premium candidate and stakeholder experience.

Innovation & Pipeline Development

  • Develop creative and forward-thinking sourcing strategies (social media, referrals, talent communities, competitive mapping, passive outreach).

  • Build proactive pipelines of both active and passive talent.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscapes-you are the subject matter expert.

Data-Driven Impact

  • Leverage metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards to measure recruiting effectiveness.

  • Use data to continuously optimize hiring strategies and capacity planning.

Collaboration & Process Excellence

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with company goals and values.

  • Ensure smooth transition from pre-employment to post-employment processes.

  • Maintain compliance with recruitment regulations, compensation guidelines, and internal systems.

Champion Diversity & Inclusion

  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of the hiring process.

  • Build inclusive hiring strategies that reflect our commitment to diverse perspectives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience

  • 3+ years recruiting within Marketing & G&A (strongly preferred)

  • Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, including executive search

  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders

  • A strategic, innovative mindset-you challenge the status quo

  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across fast-growing organizations

  • A proactive, solution-oriented leader who tackles challenges head-on

  • Adaptability and the ability to guide others through change

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Why This Role Is Different
