As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruitment efforts for high‑impact and complex roles that shape the future of the organization. In this strategic and collaborative position, you’ll work closely with hiring leaders to understand evolving talent needs, craft and execute targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will influence key hiring decisions, strengthen organizational capabilities, and play a critical role in advancing the overall talent acquisition function.

Note this role sits on-site 5 days a week in Wisconsin. Locations include Waukesha, Pewaukee or Sussex.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and align on effective hiring strategies.

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation to inform hiring decisions.

  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies including social platforms, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

  • Lead structured candidate screening and interview processes, partnering with hiring teams to develop effective evaluation criteria and interview questions.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, timely feedback, and clear expectations throughout the hiring process.

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships while driving alignment on recruiting timelines, process steps, and hiring outcomes.

  • Leverage recruiting data and analytics to track key metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven improvements to hiring strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices while continuously improving processes and operational efficiency.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience

  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

  • 2 years with recruitment focus on senior-level and specialized roles

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex positions

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Ability to develop and implement long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
