Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for investment and financial services talent. This role will partner closely with senior business leaders to recruit high-caliber professionals across investment functions while developing strategic talent pipelines for future hiring needs. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting experience within investment management, financial services, or a Big Four environment and thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven organization.
Top 3 Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for investment and financial services positions from sourcing through onboarding.
- Build proactive pipelines of investment talent using strategic sourcing techniques and market intelligence.
- Partner with senior hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, manage expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
- Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies, including role profiles, sourcing plans, interview processes, and hiring timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting priorities and establish clear hiring expectations.
- Execute creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to identify top investment talent.
- Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to strengthen recruiting efforts.
- Partner with executive search firms for specialized and senior-level hiring initiatives.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, resume databases, and other recruiting platforms.
- Manage internal and external job postings across multiple channels.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive offers.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant tracking system records.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 5+ years recruiting investment, financial services, asset management, or capital markets professionals.
- Experience recruiting within an investment firm, financial institution, or Big Four consulting organization.
- Strong understanding of investment recruiting markets and sourcing strategies.
- Experience recruiting for investment functions such as:
- Portfolio Management
- Investment Research
- Quantitative Research
- Fundamental Investing
- Risk Management
- Portfolio Construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of recruiting-related HR practices, compensation, and benefits.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive hiring managers.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or similar applicant tracking systems.
