About the team:The Walmart Early Careers team partners with Walmart US and Sam’s Club to attract and hire exceptional talent for internships and full-time roles. Utilizing data-driven insights and agile methodologies, the team continuously refines recruiting processes and stakeholder communications. They provide strategic talent solutions aligned with business objectives, supporting hiring managers through advanced sourcing and efficient workflow management. By building strong partnerships and leveraging analytics, the team enables informed decision-making that enhances operational effectiveness and contributes to Walmart’s sustained success. What you'll do:- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps, prioritize hiring needs, and recommend effective sourcing approaches.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, assessment coordination, and interview facilitation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely hiring decisions.
- Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to improve recruiting workflows and enhance candidate experience.
- Provide expert guidance on talent assessment frameworks and interview best practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform talent strategies and hiring practices.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and talent strategy.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing skills to guide hiring managers and business leaders effectively.
- Experience managing recruitment processes using agile methodology and workflow management to improve efficiency.
- Ability to analyze talent supply and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Skilled in process improvement and implementing technology-enabled solutions to enhance candidate and associate experiences.
