Remains informed of macro and economic developments that impact the business to alter/amend the focus of TA activities
Involved in delivering key messages and presenting to senior stakeholders and involved in MD level board meetings for the team they represent
Stays abreast of TA and technological development in the external market to benefit PageGroup and key stakeholders
Presents credible ideas to the TA leadership team to improve efficiencies and maximize resources
Maintains a full account management strategy to fully understand stakeholders, their needs, and drivers
Identify new sourcing strategies to extend our talent pool
