  • Stay current on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry conferences, university events, and hiring initiatives. Plan and staff industry events, information sessions, and job fairs, including pre-event marketing and post-event follow-up strategies
  • Map and document end-to-end recruiting processes; build SOPs, playbooks, templates, and intake guides.
  • Continuously optimize workflows, tools, and candidate/hiring manager touchpoints.
  • Coach hiring teams on interviewing best practices, tools, and candidate experience standards.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning and organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and use data to drive improvements across the hiring funnel.
  • Build and maintain talent communities through targeted outreach, engagement content, and events.
  • In partnership with Marketing/Communications, develop and execute campaigns focused on increasing awareness and interest in critical roles.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through content, outreach strategies, and candidate engagement.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

What Sets You Apart

We're looking for individuals who bring the right mix of experience, mindset, and motivation:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or comparable field
  • 5-7 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, or talent sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that attract diversified talent.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, requisition workflows, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and work both independently and collaboratively. Sound judgement and confidentiality
  • Strong process orientation with experience mapping workflows, creating SOPs/playbooks, and driving continuous improvement
  • Proficient in tracking funnel metrics (TTF, TTH, NPS) and translating data into actionable insights.
