Job Description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Behind the world’s most enterprise-ready AI Data Cloud are thousands of brilliant, dynamic, and ambitious people. On the Talent Brand & People Experience team at Snowflake, we don’t just tell people we’re a best place to work; we prove it.We’re looking for a Senior Talent Brand Specialist. You are a strategic partner and enablement lead who understands that a world-class candidate journey is built on visibility and authentic engagement. You aren’t just managing job boards, you are building the infrastructure that allows our recruiters to hire the best out there and our culture to take center stage.

AS A SR. TALENT BRAND SPECIALIST AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Bridge the Gap: Actively recognize and leverage the interconnectedness between Talent Brand and People Experience, ensuring internal programs align with and reinforce our external Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

  • Enable Our Partners: Act as the primary Talent Brand partner for GTM and G&A, developing high-impact recruiter enablement materials that streamline the hiring process.

  • Support the Candidate Journey: Contribute to and execute the end-to-end candidate experience strategy.

  • Lead Global Events and Conferences: Manage our presence at key industry conferences—primarily focused on Engineering—to build talent pipelines and brand equity.

  • Optimize Our Digital Presence: Oversee job board management, award submissions, and external profiles to ensure Snowflake remains a top-of-mind employer.

  • Drive Culture: Bridge the gap between Talent Brand and People Experience by contributing to and producing People Team All Hands to align our internal and external narratives.

  • Be Data-Driven: In true Snowflake fashion, you’ll be obsessed with data. Analyze campaign ROI and engagement metrics to measure success and optimize future recruitment marketing opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 2+ Years of Relevant Experience: You’ve spent some time in talent brand, recruitment, or communications within a high-growth environment.

  • Collaborative by Nature: Ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM and G&A leaders to translate big hiring goals into actionable brand strategies.

  • Operational Excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex events and multiple job board platforms without breaking a sweat.

  • Communication Chops: Excellent storytelling skills and the confidence to lead initiatives during the People team’s All Hands. You know how to keep an audience interested, not just informed.

  • Zero Hesitation: You see a gap in the recruiter toolkit or a glitch in the candidate journey and you dive in to fix it. You don’t wait for a manual; you leverage Snowflake’s world-class internal AI to architect the solution and keep us moving at scale.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
