Senior Talent Inclusivity Ambassador

This role supports recruiting within AbilityOne and other compliance-driven environments serving individuals with disabilities. It is meaningful work-and it is not easy work.

The work requires patience, accuracy, and sustained attention. Documentation matters. Compliance matters. People matter. Who This Role Is a Strong Fit For

  • Have experience recruiting in disability-focused, AbilityOne, or regulated environments
  • Are comfortable with structure, accountability, and documentation
  • Notice details others miss and follow work through to completion
  • Understand that meaningful impact often requires more effort-not less
  • Take pride in work that stands up to scrutiny over time

Why This Role Matters
