- * Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and communicating proactively
- * Create, deliver, and periodically update tailored tax plans for clients
- * Research complex tax issues, citing the IRC and supporting sources, and recommend resolutions
- * Coordinate clients' tax preparation needs with the prep team and ensure strategies are implemented
- * Serve as a subject matter expert in real estate taxation, concepts, and transactions
- * Provide technical guidance and training to less-experienced staff
- * Assist with firm projects such as process improvements, proposals, and training materials
- * Maintain accurate project information and client notes within the firm's project management system
- * Adhere to firm and AICPA professional ethics, including client confidentiality
- * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
- * CPA or EA certification required
- * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally including 2 years as a Senior Tax Associate or similar
- * Deep understanding of real estate taxation strongly preferred
- * Strong client relationship, communication, and listening skills
- * Excellent time management; a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous, remote environment
- * Comfortable being fully client-facing over video (business casual, clean background)
- * Proficiency with tax software and technology
