SENIOR TAX ANALYST- TAX PLANNING (EARLY CAREER)

As a Senior Tax Analyst- Tax Planning at Coty, you will support global tax initiatives while developing broad exposure to tax planning, compliance, and controversy. This early‑career role is designed to build strong technical foundations through hands-on project work, close mentorship, and collaboration across global teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Senior Tax Analyst- Tax Planning, you play a critical role in supporting global tax planning projects and related analyses. This is a developmental position for a motivated early‑career professional, offering exposure to planning, compliance, and controversy while contributing to tax's role in supporting business decisions.

You will be reporting to Global Tax Leadership, and you will manage:

Tax Planning Support:

• Assist with research and analysis for tax planning projects
• Support modeling and analysis of tax impacts
• Prepare internal summaries and presentations
• Gather data for planning and restructuring initiatives

Cross-Functional & Project Support:

• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Treasury teams
• Support data collection for global initiatives
• Coordinate with external advisors when required
• Contribute to special and ad hoc projects

Broader Tax Exposure & Team Collaboration:

• Assist selectively with compliance, provision, and controversy work
• Support responses to tax authority inquiries and audits
• Maintain documentation and tax files
• Actively contribute as a team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an early‑career tax or finance professional, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment. You are analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

• 2-3 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Team‑oriented mindset and clear communication skills
• Interest in developing a long‑term career in tax

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
