Senior Tax Analyst, Tax Accounting

SR. TAX ANALYST, TAX ACCOUNTING Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Company in the tax accounting group responsible for managing the consolidation of company global tax provision. Key Areas of Responsibility • Prepare and review of quarterly and annual worldwide income tax provisions • Assist in tax accounting analysis, research and documentation • Collaborate on tax accounting special projects • Support tax process documentation and SOX controls • Assist the overall U.S. GAAP tax accounting process for company international subsidiaries • Assist in providing oversight, guidance and training to the International Tax Compliance & Reporting team • Assist with uncertain tax position accounting and reporting • Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting, including financial statement audits and reviews Qualifications: Education and Experience Qualifications Required: • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance with an advanced degree in Tax or Business Administration preferred • Licensed CPA • 4-6 years of experience in public accounting or in a U.S. public multinational company • Strong working knowledge of ASC 740, corporate income tax, accounting for foreign operations and uncertain tax positions • Strong goal orientation, sense of urgency and attention to detail • Ability to establish priorities and to establish and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills • Must be able to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment • Experience with OneSource software platform including UTP and OneSource Provision Other Information: Equal opportunity employer To apply, send resume in word format with current salary for review and immediate interview.
