What You’ll Do

Lead and review complex tax engagements
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
Own client relationships and deliver high-quality service
Drive tax planning strategies and business advisory work
Manage, mentor, and develop tax staff
Represent clients before taxing authorities
Contribute to firm growth through networking and business development

What You Bring

7–10 years in public accounting (progressive tax experience)
Proven leadership and team management experience
Experience with complex tax matters and client representation
CPA license (active and in good standing)
Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation a plus)

What to Expect

Occasional travel for client meetings and events
Some overtime during the year
Busy season (Jan–April) may require 55+ hours/week
