An established public accounting firm in the Sioux Falls area is looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager who wants to become a key part of the firm's future.
This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a large team. You'll work directly with ownership, have a voice in the firm, develop meaningful client relationships, and help mentor the people coming up behind you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Review complex individual and business tax returns
- Lead tax planning and advisory conversations
- Manage and strengthen key client relationships
- Oversee engagements and help keep projects moving
- Mentor and develop staff
- Work directly with ownership on client and firm needs
- Identify opportunities to improve service and grow relationships
- Become a trusted resource for both clients and the team
What We're Looking For
- Strong public accounting tax background
- Tax review experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Leadership and mentoring ability
- CPA strongly preferred
- Someone who sees the bigger picture beyond preparing and reviewing returns
