Job Description

A well-known, aggressive CPA firm is ready to add the next leader to the team. This opportunity is part of the firms plan for growth and the strengthening of the public tax side of business. They are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to oversee a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Senior Tax Manager will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. This firm offers a wonderful culture, work/ life balance, generous compensation and benefit package with unlimited room for growth for the perfect incoming Senior Tax Manager.   

 Performance Expectations for the Senior Tax Manager:

  • Oversee and train a team of highly motivated staff accountants/tax accountants
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
  • Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Be a hands-on leader

Experience/Qualifications for the Senior Tax Manager:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
  • Masteor EA required
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Public Accounting
  • Significant Client Facing Responsibility
  • Must have strong leadership skills
  • Strong Tax Review Experience
  • A Book of Business is a Plus!
