Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements from planning through delivery

• Review and prepare complex federal and state tax returns

• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and business restructurings

• Research complex tax matters and develop practical solutions

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships

• Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals

• Partner with firm leadership to support continued growth

Qualifications

• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)

• 15+ years of progressive public accounting experience

• Strong technical expertise with:

  • Partnerships (1065)

  • S Corporations (1120S)

  • C Corporations (1120)

  • High-Net-Worth individuals

  • Tax planning and consulting

  • Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Trust & Estate taxation (preferred)

• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple engagements

• Proven leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
