We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic program initiatives within our Payments and Insurance Engineering team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and high-quality standards. This role demands a dynamic leader who can maintain focus on both the big picture and critical details, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in payments and insurance.
Provide comprehensive project management, including defining scope, budgeting, and overseeing timelines to meet key deliverables.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams.
Assess project risks and opportunities, devising proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Regularly present project updates, outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
