Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager

Location(s): San Francisco, CASummary Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs supporting supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle systems. Drives end-to-end execution, ensuring delivery of complex initiatives that enable operational continuity and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multi-workstream technology programs with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Own end-to-end program execution including planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Deliver enterprise systems supporting distribution centers, logistics operations, transportation, and retail networks.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, transportation, real estate, and operations teams to align execution plans.
Manage delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Track and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies in critical environments.
Drive cost optimization, automation, and modernization initiatives.
Maintain program governance using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise PM platforms.

Required Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
Strong execution capabilities in planning, forecasting, and risk/issue management.
Experience with supply chain and logistics systems (WMS, OMS, Inventory Management, PLM).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and business units.

Influences functional and regional decision-making.
Accountable for delivery outcomes with multi-million-dollar business impact.
