Job Description

Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We're committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care-about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Senior Technical Program Manager - US Public Sector

You'll own UiPath's US public sector compliance portfolio and drive strategy, coordination and execution across compliance initiatives such as FedRAMP HIGH, CMMC, IL5 and related DoD requirements, CJIS, GovRAMP and other state related obligations. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can take ambiguous, high-stakes public sector requirements and turn them into a clear, actionable plan, then drive that plan across engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders until it's done. Success here means fewer surprises for dependent teams, faster audit and assessment cycles, and a public sector product roadmap that keeps pace with a fast-moving business.

What You'll Own

  • Own the technical roadmap for expanding UiPath's product footprint under the Public Sector umbrella, translating complex, ambiguous public sector requirements into concrete engineering and compliance workstreams.
  • Own the relationship between internal engineering teams and external stakeholders, designing solutions that proactively reduce compliance overhead on dependent teams instead of pushing work downstream.
  • Own key technical workstreams in support of the public sector compliance team, evaluating and strengthening processes, procedures, operating environment, and people readiness across new and ongoing audits, assessments, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Coordinate with GRC engineering function to automate your way through manual processes such as POAM and promote continuous monitoring across the infrastructure
  • Own / Support other international compliance obligations such as ISMAP, IRAP etc

What You Bring

  • U.S. Citizenship (required for this role).
  • 6-8 years owning the implementation of technical requirements, continuous monitoring, and external audits within U.S. public sector frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP HIGH, CMMC).
  • A proven track record owning a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) program for large, complex environments.
  • Direct experience driving the FedRAMP significant change request process from initiation through closure.
  • A record of driving outcomes with distributed teams across time zones, with the collaboration skills to bring people along and the judgment to know when to lead and when to defer.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on development experience.
  • Experience working with DoD, intelligence, and/or government contractors.
